Guide not downloading for some reasons but...

I bought two guides this week (New York and Chicago) and I couldn’t download then however the developer found a solution by sending me a print copy within a few days.
(Or proposed a refund) That was very helpful and I chose a print copy since those guides are really jewels!!!

App needs to be updated for latest OS

Purchased two guides today. There's no words, text, or content. I think it may be a bug. Please take a look someone.

Update: reinstalled the app and now it works amazingly. Thanks for the writing back guys.
