This was my first Lyft experience. Never even tried Uber yet. Joe arrived on time, was very helpful with my heavy luggage, pleasant personality, good conversationalist. Made the 90 minutes ride go by fast and he got me there 10 minutes earlier. A great Lyft experience. I will use Lyft again. Thank you!

A Bug in Adding Shortcuts

I am using iPhone X on iOS 14, and I cannot add any shortcuts — it doesn’t give me an option to add shortcut after typing the address. Also, I could not edit the names of the shortcuts. I’ve always been enjoying the app experience, so please fix the bug soon, thank you.
