Useless app

I wish I could give zero stars! App doesn’t work, doesn’t accept credit cards, then turns and turns and at the end rejects the order.
Waste of time! Better order somewhere else

Cannot register with M&S

I wish to join M&S but registered with a wrong telephone number by mistake. My e-mail account and telephone number still cannot be linked together even I contacted their customer service for assistance but they cannot solve my problems. Now both of my email account & telephone number are linked to a different number & address which doesn’t exist or belongs to me. It seems that I can never register with M&S as a member and for security reason I better give it up and delete this App…..
My comment is no improvement no success !
Poor App design……

Is back day reward possible

Every time the updated the app and it logged me out automatically. Unfortunately, I forgot the login detail after I have done the shopping at the shop. Is there any chance that I could add back the reward point by scanning the barcode at the end of the printed receipt? Please advise and thank you.
