Error

I cannot normally use the free theme in-app, the share button direct to the subscription without any other button to save the edited story so that we cannot direct it to Instagram.
Please fix the error asap.

Couldn't restore purchase

Bought the annual subscription of this app and changed my phone along the way. Now I couldn't restore my purchase after reinstalling this app. I emailed support last weekend and this id the 4th day and haven't heard of them yet.

We are very sorry for this inconvenience.

Have you recently changed/upgraded your device? If you previously used an Android and switched over to an iPhone, you will unfortunately lose your subscriptions and previous purchases because it is linked to your Google Play.

If you previously operated on an iPhone and still are, please make sure that you are logged in with the same Apple ID when you try to restore your purchases within the app.
If that doesn't do the trick - try to log out from your Apple ID in your phone settings. Log back in to your Apple ID, refresh Made and try again. Please make sure that you’re using our latest version.
If all of this fails, you should have received a receipt when you subscribed to the premium features - please take a screen shot of that receipt and send it to us so we can make sure that you can use all the features you are entitled to.
