If you choose “Allow” we use your steps and activity rings for ManulifeMOVE programs that reward you for improving your health. We use your calories, sleep and weight to display your overall health metrics. If you choose “Don’t Allow” you cannot participate in ManulifeMOVE.

Cannot sync data
Always CANNOT sync data between Apple iPhone and Garmin Connect. I have Double checked All Connect Procedures are correct. But, Always, Always, Always No data sync. Very BAD App. I have lost several 10 thousands steps. This problem did not solved for years.

App start hanging up and asking for login every time
It’s was great to use this App from last few years but now suddenly they asking for log in every time I clicked and hang straight when updating the data.
I force close the app and then they ask for log in again each time and hanging up many times

Lack of Tracking System and Disconnect Problem
I used this app almost 2years.
This app can connect with Apple Health, Fitbit and Garmin only, and not available for connecting with Xiamomi, Oura or some famous tracking app or gear etc. Although I wore my Oura ring all day long instead of held my iPhone, and it was not a major problem for me.
The major problem should be starting since in early 2024, this app always disconnects with my Apple Health. As a result, I need to keep reconnecting my iPhone to this APP, and this is so annoying and not smart.🤦🏻🤦🏻
