Thank you for keeping up to date with Map The World!
In this version the 3D view has some improvements. There is a compass heading indicator to help you know which way the view is showing.
The names of the landmarks are easier to read as you move around. Other behind the scenes improvements were made.

In the settings there is an option for metric values to be displayed.
