Pop out..

It’s keep popping out to Home whenever I initiate the app on my iPhone, reinstall and updated iOS didn’t help, please help to fix

Notification bubble

Hi, it keeps on having the notification bubble even I have read all the new info.
It shows up a few days and it will disappear.
