為驗證您的資格，註冊後您的付款卡交易紀錄可能會顯示 $1.00 (USD) 臨時費用。這僅為「待處理」交易，您的付款卡不會被收費。驗證您的資格後，待處理的金額將被取消 (一般於 10 個工作天內)。

系統老舊及記錄更新大滯後
我在1月15日在香港赤鱲角機場lounge享用免費服務時，系統多扣了2次免費服務，我跟著在之後幾個月通過電郵跟進沒有任何進展，我要自已在6月15日聯絡loungSky客服才可把錯誤在系統中更正，但更正了的結果，把多扣的2次免費進入機場lounge放回系統內卻不能在手機App中反映出來，要客人我在7月13日打電話給客服人員才得知系統已經更新，我還有2次免費機場lounge服務。這種老舊跟不上時代步伐的系統，集團真要好好考量如何改進已迎合客戶的需求

I put in the correct login and password and it just doesn't log in.

Hi please email us at appsupport@loungekey.com, including your reviewer name & tell us your membership number, what device you’re using, what version of the Priority Pass app you’re using (to be found in Settings), what version of operating system you’re using on your phone (settings>general> about) what language your phone is set to, your user name & any error messages you’ve received. Please don't reply to this message with this information.
