Jessie Krebs survival course

Extremely valuable! I am asking my friends to watch it . The content is very useful and yet entertaining. Jessie is the best in the field! I will watch her course again to get a deeper understanding. Her style is very light hearted and makes a difficult subject easy to understand ! Definitely a 5 star coach !

Background playback failure

I really love MasterClass, it has a great variety of classes to choose from, and the contents are just phenomenal. When I go back to the home screen, it starts background playback, which is very handy when you are driving and still want to learn on the go. However, the device will get very hot in just a few minutes (IPhone XS Max). I’m not sure if this is the compatibility issue or what, but this really affects the user learning experience. I really appreciate you guys’ work on this app, it’d be even better if this issue could be fixed momentarily. Thank you.

The 30-day money back guarantee is a trap

Please don’t expect an automatic payback when you cancel the subscription within a month. You have to email them within 30 day of purchase to get a refund, meaning that your action of cancellation only doesn’t take effect to get your money back.
What a insincere money back guarantee! And also, you can’t learn much through Masterclass. I’d rather go to Coursera to learn any new skills. And probably that’s why they designed a refund policy like that. People can’t get refund if they were not super careful when reading the terms. Masterclass is not confident in its courses. People leave immediately and but lock their money in Masterclass’s pocket.
