Pronunciation for vocabulary does not work

Why the pronunciation button does not work. I am using this app mainly for the vocabulary, now I still need to look up the internet for pronunciation?

Cannot find my activation code

My parents created an account for me when I was in primary school, now I want to use it but I’m secondary 5 now, and I don’t know how or where to find the code, because I didn’t know there was an activation code when the account was first created. Could you help? A lot of thanks.
