Not fully synchronized

I like the app it works well with Microsoft Exchange, it should. I used Thunderbird for PC and default Mail app for iOS before but Thunderbird has problems with Microsoft Exchange server so I had to switch.
This iOS app misses emails from inbox that I have, and I can see that with the PC version.
Also searches do not work well, both iOS and PC version. I quite unhappy with their search function as Thunderbird and iOS Mail do it very well.

Terrible for multitasking. Decent for the email side of things.

I use this app a lot for work on my iPad and as an email client it's fine, works well if you're in the Office365 ecosystem. The features are still pretty basic however (no ability to change the font or font color!).

BUT A HUGE PROBLEM is multitasking, especially on the iPad, where you want to quickly switch to other apps for reference while typing an email. The apps reloads all the time when switching to another app. If you are in the middle of writing an email, go to the home screen and back, your email is now closed and saved as a draft?

No other email client on iOS does this. How can Microsoft ship such a badly optimized app? Shame on their iOS team frankly. They won't see me back until this is fixed!

Cannot work properly

I enjoyed Outlook more than the default mail app in iPhone, however, recently I cannot use outlook properly because it always shut down when I loaded new emails, read email or replied email, and I have to go on to the safari to get the email checked, please check and fix.
I have updated the IOS to the latest one already.....
