Microsoft To Do 4+

This used to be my go to. Of course since then, theres been so many different types of to-dos, reminders, notepads, so many that my work took a tumble.

I am thankful, that I got a reminder just suddenly by it popping itself right in front of my screen, as if to say, buddy, its time for us to get it on again.
And so it shall be. Thank you Microsoft!

This is a very nicely done todo app. I like the My Day feature in particular, as I can select the tasks to focus on and adjust the order in which they should be done on a particular day. As far as I know, this feature is unique among todo apps in the market.

However, there are inconsistencies between the web app and the iOS app. In particular, I like the recently added feature in the web app to automatically add the "Due Today" tasks to My Day, but the tasks thus added do not appear in the My Day of the iOS app, which is very confusing. Also the web app allows me to copy tasks, but it is not possible in the iOS app.

Finally, I would like to see an easy way to migrate the tasks from my personal account to my work account without going through the Outlook desktop app.

... and thats all it needs to be. I have tried several to-do apps and found them to be to confusing and complicated to use. Windows To Do is simple and efficient, and it integrates into Window's Outlook calendar. I am still learning how to change my work habits to integrate this app to my daily work routine. So this app is worth the try for someone that is looking for a simple and efficient To Do app.
