The Mind Monitoring app connects psychology to meditation. Mind Monitoring looks at what psychology has to say about a particular emotional issue and maps it to a corresponding set of meditations tools and guidelines to address that issue.
Mind Monitoring is a collection of simple meditative techniques that help in reducing emotional issues like stress, anxiety, anger, relationship troubles etc. Based on the eastern philosophy of Self Inquiry, Mind Monitoring removes negativity and generates happiness.
The uniqueness of Mind Monitoring programs is that the techniques can be employed in real-time situations to manage them constructively. This is possible because Mind Monitoring increases self-awareness which is the basis of emotional intelligence.
