The new update is wonderful except
Data is set to US format. Phone numbers in Asia have 8 digits not 7, so what is displayed looks funny.
Awful app - wastes so much time!
This app is a constant source of frustration at our workplace. It often takes so long to load or do things I end up just going out to front reception desk to sort it out on the computer. You can’t early cancel clients in the app, you can’t edit your availability without editing it for every (for example) Tuesday for eternity, it force shuts itself if I try to book things on a Saturday, and sometimes when I scroll back a week it takes me back to that week in 2018 (last year?!) honestly just terrible, wastes so much of our time in a busy clinic - I always hope with each update it will improve but I’ve been (reluctantly) using it for 2 years and still the same issues. Please fix the bugs!! ...Please!
Logging in Bug
Since the latest update, when trying to log in, most of the time it says an “error occurred please try again later”. Extremely frustrating when you depend on the app to manage operations. ☹️
