1. Cut the annoying starting screen flash - bad influence to my eyes. （取消開始畫面）
2. Allow users to check usage of the 20gb social media data quota.（開設20gb 數據用量檢查)
3. Remain log-oned status for an appropriate period of time when users open the apps. （減少登入次數）
4. Include popular social media apps e.g. Telegram in the 20gb data quota.（增加20gb 可用apps）
