Can’t upgrade

I tried to upgrade but the transaction was not working it says I need to contact the developer.

Thank you for reaching out and for your interest in upgrading your Moji experience. We are truly sorry to hear that you encountered an issue with your transaction. It must be very frustrating to decide to purchase and then be blocked by a technical error. Please accept our sincerest apologies for this inconvenience.

The message "contact the developer" usually appears when there's a communication issue between the App Store and our app at the moment of purchase. This can sometimes be a temporary network glitch or a specific issue with the App Store itself.
To resolve this for you as quickly as possible, could you please try the following steps?
Restart your device: This simple step often resolves many temporary issues.
Check your payment method: Please ensure your payment information in your Apple ID settings is up to date and valid.
Try a different network: If you are on Wi-Fi, try switching to cellular data, or vice versa.
If the problem still persists after trying these steps, it requires a more detailed investigation. Please contact us directly at support@moji.cool with the subject line "iOS Upgrade Issue". In the email, please include your Moji username and a screenshot of the error message if possible. Our dedicated support team will work with you to investigate the issue and find a solution.
