Diamonds please...

Love these novels and the characters look amazing!!! The options need many diamonds so I actually purchased the Titanium plan. Then I realised it cannot bring me more diamonds. I still get poor rewards for my daily login. I still only get 1 diamond for viewing a Ad...and there is always no Ad available..and need to wait 5mins to view the next Ad. Many other similar games only need to wait 2mins or less before next Ad. I used over 500 diamonds for my previous novel, it's so frustrating that the VIP membership cannot help me.
I also purchased a premium membership for another similar game. In that game, I got over 800 diamonds recently. But I only got around 150 diamonds in this game. I wonder if I can continue playing this ...HELP ME please😣

After the ad pops out it never backs to the gameplay

I chose a book and open the story. An ad pops out, and after 30 seconds as it ends, I click the back button. But then the screen is dark, the background music still playing. I close the app and open it again, the ad plays again! And still, after it ends, the screen is dark. Even uninstalling and installing the game, this problem still exists! This problem never happened before. It’s weird. Hope you fix this problem. I really want it play the game.
