I have requested a refund request. since your game is crashing. I have landing where I am not receiving my shutdown or other players payments. I think it fair to request a refund when the time I paid for the dice is the same time I could have gotten them being offline.

It’s nothing like the ad. At the first sight of the ad, you would think it’s an electronic version of the traditional Monopoly board game with which you could play your friends online. Yet indeed it’s like a mini SimCity game you just occasionally visit your virtual board to roll the dice to redeem some random rewards. It has a play with friends feature though yet the “SimCity” part is the main focus of your game and it takes up loads of your time. Unlike the real life Monopoly board game. The game is not localized with your local street names. That’s a serious taboo when it comes to using the Monopoly franchise for thos game. Speaking of the so-called great graphic, it’s too cartoonish and it’s a game designed for kids instead of adults it seems. This game can be fun, for kids, but never for adults as it says on its ad. There’s only one thing true about the ad, yes you have no ad in the game.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the Monopoly Go! app. It is infested with an overwhelming number of bots that constantly and intensively attack players. What's infuriating is that there is no way to stop or block these bots from ruining the gameplay experience.

To add insult to injury, the customer support (CS) team provided no viable solutions or positive responses. Their inefficiency in handling issues was utterly disappointing. It feels like a dead-end when faced with problems, as they were unable to provide any meaningful assistance.

It is with great regret that I have no choice but to bid farewell to this game. The lack of resolution for the ongoing problems has left me feeling disheartened and dissatisfied. I expected better from Monopoly Go! and its CS team, but their low efficiency and inability to address user concerns have ultimately led to this negative review.
