Refund Requested

I have requested a refund request. since your game is crashing. I have landing where I am not receiving my shutdown or other players payments. I think it fair to request a refund when the time I paid for the dice is the same time I could have gotten them being offline.

Extremely Disappointed and Frustrated with Monopoly Go! App

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the Monopoly Go! app. It is infested with an overwhelming number of bots that constantly and intensively attack players. What's infuriating is that there is no way to stop or block these bots from ruining the gameplay experience.

To add insult to injury, the customer support (CS) team provided no viable solutions or positive responses. Their inefficiency in handling issues was utterly disappointing. It feels like a dead-end when faced with problems, as they were unable to provide any meaningful assistance.

It is with great regret that I have no choice but to bid farewell to this game. The lack of resolution for the ongoing problems has left me feeling disheartened and dissatisfied. I expected better from Monopoly Go! and its CS team, but their low efficiency and inability to address user concerns have ultimately led to this negative review.

A famous game but very expensive…

This is an expensive game if you want to win the daily rewards…The bonus on complete every city is so minimal, only 50 dices….You have to make purchase in order you have enough dices to compete with other players… If you want to delete the account, they will email you several times asking you many many questions and the result is no such account was found…How ridiculious? Think carefully before act….
