As the title. I download the app in this morning, everything was fine until I fill in the information at the beginning. I type the place and birthday inside, and then I cannot select my birth time in first time. I tried the second time, all things can fill in but cannot continue. 🤨it make me feel confused and not sure about if I pay for the plans will it still got a lot bugs when I use the app

There are two common reasons for the inactive Calculate button:
1. As soon as you start typing your place of birth, a list of available options should appear within a few seconds. Please be sure to select your location from the suggested list rather than entering the full name manually.
2. The issue is with connection to our server. Please make sure your connection is stable, reopen the app, and enter your details one more time.

It’s so frustrating to see they use sidereal sign and there is not even an option to change to tropical. If you can’t even get the moon sign “right”, every other functions in this app are abundant.

As you said, Western astrology is based on the tropical zodiac while Eastern (Jyotish) is based on the sidereal one. Also Eastern astrology takes into account the precession of the Earth's axis. Therefore, Eastern astrology shows the current position of the Solar System planets and their interaction with the Earth.
Both astrological systems have a right to exist and deserve respect, but we have chosen our direction 🙏
