Move Mo is a random workout generator. Random means no thought, no planning, and no time required to create a workout. Press one button and perform the exercises. That's it.

Move Mo Lite has eight exercises so you can preview how Move Mo works. Download Move Mo for a similar experience with more than thirty exercises if you want more exercise variety.

Move Mo breaks up hours of inactivity fast. How do you feel after sitting at your desk all day, traveling a long distance, after waking up? Tired, stiff, weak?

We feel better when we move more. Don't worry about sweating much or changing your clothes. Move Mo creates microworkouts that take just a few minutes to complete. Unless you've got your tight pants on, you're ready to Move Mo.

Find a little space (maybe outside, maybe an empty room, maybe near ordinary gawkers) and get ready to move.

- Open the app and press one button to get your workout.
- Tap exercises to see a video and a description.
- Most workouts with the default settings take less than five minutes to complete.
- No equipment required but you can see videos using just the air, exercise bands, dumbbells, or kettlebells.
- Eight exercises included in Move Mo Light to preview the functionality in Move Mo which has over thirty exercises. See the screenshots for each app.
- Increase the settings for max rounds, reps, or exercises for longer workouts.
- Disable exercises you can't do or can't stand.
- Increase or decrease the frequency and max reps for any exercise.
