Will there an update for 14 pro?

In 14 pro, it hardly to press the menu button on the upper left hand corner inside the apps. Will there an update to solve that problem?

My Cloud OS 5

This is a incredible experience to upload, view photo and select folder. I love this software and never go back to OS 3. Again, Thank you Western Digital. Also if I can get a 2TB NAS Drive with a reasonable price then I love both WD software & hardware too.

Bad!!! Cannot sign in caused my account blocked

This is the worst app since I used WD product, I started use WD from the first time the produce WD My Booklive until now and I also used some of the WD My Cloud Home products and introduce to my office colleagues to use WD My Cloud Home.

But when I want to use this app, keep cannot sign in my account until being blocked and when I select forget password to reset cannot receive any email even I do hundreds time. Wth!!! No I begin to think whether keep using this brand and looking for another alternative.

Please fix it or the customer will find another substitution product.
