Mobile data usage is tough to find after app update

Mobile data usage checking should be the most frequently used function in the app. Before the app update, it can be found in the account page easily after login. Now, (1) I need to press an extra button in my mobile account page, (2) provide a OTP, even after login? (3) select period (obviously current month!), (4) expand the tap “local usage” (obviously local!).

All in all, the original design is much better. This change is good-enough reason for customers to change service provider honestly….no matter which age group

Please stop keep asking your customers to update the app!!!!!!

So annoying to ask me to update the app every time when open it!!!! Please try to upgrade your system to minimize the update frequency

Never able to login

I used this app 1 year ago. It always shows “Servers are too busy, please try again later.”, no matter what time of the day. I eventually gave up.

I tried again today as I have to check the details of appointment for on-site maintenance. The server is still too busy. Nothing is fixed after this 1 year time.

I will never use HKBN again after the contract ends.
