We've enhanced the customer information feature and redesigned the user interface based on preferences. Users can now choose to view conversations either on the left or in a left-right format. Consecutive messages are now shown in threads for a better conversational experience. Additionally, WhatsApp users can now send documents up to 50MB. Several bug fixes have also been implemented to improve overall performance.
