Slow - no longer able to upload from iPhone photos?
The design has approved, but it’s still quite slow.
Also quite glitchy and buggy, for example I can no longer upload images from my iPhone photo album.
No Face ID or autofill log-in feature, so need to type out my email address on my phone every single time I log in.
Crashed twice
I could use it the day before, bit not today. The app opened and closed and I need to reinstall it. It happened months go.
Nice attempt but keeps crashing
Been using MyBUPA app to submit claims which was easy and smooth, but throughout May 2018 the app keeps crashing again and again. The landing page can’t even be loaded. Tried to remove & re-download but it doesn’t work.
