Slow - no longer able to upload from iPhone photos?
The design has approved, but it’s still quite slow.
Also quite glitchy and buggy, for example I can no longer upload images from my iPhone photo album.
No Face ID or autofill log-in feature, so need to type out my email address on my phone every single time I log in.
Slow, user unfriendly, please bring back the old Doctors Finder app
Bad design. Slow response. Doctor finder is so hard to use. Scroll bar within a scroll-able page. Come on this is not a desktop site. Font too small. Pop up ads everywhere. Perfect example of a failed app.
The previous Doctor Finder app was so much better.

Nice attempt but keeps crashing
Been using MyBUPA app to submit claims which was easy and smooth, but throughout May 2018 the app keeps crashing again and again. The landing page can’t even be loaded. Tried to remove & re-download but it doesn’t work.
