No video and only 4 pictures each item. Shopping bag gets deleted all the time and have to go back and Re select. Should put in wish basket so can be easily add back into shopping basket. Payment method can’t be automatically stored.

Poor quality product and customer service

Received with fabulous packing but poor quality of the product, a white colour bag seems being used or placed a long long time and turned to kind of yellow, even some parts are a little broken. Want to exchange it but after late reply at customer service, no more stock at all.

The reply I received from customer care would be “sorry and will pay extra attention”, though I won’t give a shot in paying a non-cheap price and risk from it anymore. Good luck to those want to try it.

Bad payment process

Payment process has been very bad and I had to redo twice and recreate the order from scratch.
On the second and third time I was not able to find the products I wanted as they were already sold out. Also one item was showing availability but when I inserted it was stated that quantities were not available.
I lost more than an hour to do an order and missed the items I wanted.
