About the payment of subscription

This is totally a online deceiving app
When i was asked for the choice of subscription, it shows that $119 for a lifetime subscription. However, when the payment is automatically approved by Face ID , I received a SMS and was told that it actually charged me $119 USD, how ridiculous it is?And when I login to the apps, there are additional charges if I would like to see have further information of the horoscope, and the I can’t change for the time of my birthday from 5:25pm to am, so is it mean that I payed $899 HKD for means nothing?
Totally disappointed and feel cheat with is application, I am here to request for a refund and I would never use it!

Your subscriptions covers full access to all the content within our app.
As for changing your birth info,
Yes, unfortunately at the moment there is no option to change your birthday details. We plan to add that in the upcoming updates. As usual, so many things to do and so little time, we have to prioritize, hope you understand.
For now, as a workaround, please uninstall Nebula from your phone and install it again. As you have started a paid subscription, you'll be able to re-activate it - just tap “Restore” on a subscription screen you get.

Sneaky subscription charges

So deactivating your account + deleting the app couldn’t help you unsubscribe from the app, ended up having to ask the support team to manually sign me off from any form of subscription.

And after receiving a confirmation from the support team about removing me from any form of service/product, 6 days later, my card is charged again for subscription and I got no response from the support team…..

This is the worst subscription experience I’ve ever had it’s almost like a scam….
