Can’t run the app at New iPad

The app can run smoothly at iphone, but it can’t run at new iPad.
I am using the new 9.7inch iPad with iOS 11.4.1. When I open the app on my iPad, the app will close automatically at once.

Feedback to developers

Hi, great app in general. One piece of feedback: when I open the app on my iPhone X, it stalls/lags on the first screen (showing NetDania) but never flips to the currency data. Once I quit the app and then reopen it works. Worth looking into in case there’s a bug. Thanks.

Start up terribly slow

The app started terribly slow before appearing of the currency data!

Hi, Kindly first check your internet connection and if there is no issue you experience you may try and switch the Communication Settings within the app to Polling 1 second.
