The Noble FoKus app is a free app to be used with the Noble FoKus line of true wireless stereo headphones. In addition to a customizable 10 band equalizer, the Noble FoKus app includes a hearing test function that utilizes your personal hearing test results to adjust the equalizer for an unprecedented listening experience. The app also allows the user to modify and assign touch control functions and to monitor each earbud’s battery level.

Problems after update

After the app was updated, the iem is unable to connect the app Even deleted the app and redownload, still not available for it. The app always said that the connection timeout but at this moment I could play the music by use the iem. Please fix it as soon as possible, it affecting the user feeling a lot because I spend lots of money for buying a luxury iem but the software just like a xxxxxx🥴

Malfunction

After using this app, the earbuds started to malfunction. On side of the earbuds always much lower than another side. Not phone’s setting problem. Delete this app and reset, everything back to normal.

Connection issue

Fokus Mystique cannot connect to the app. A window shown “Connection timeout, please check the headphone connection.” within the app, but the headphone has already connected to the phone via bluetooth.
