Ok

It works pretty good most of the time but when I cannot watch tvb (a television podcast in Hong Kong) and I am really trying to find a way to watch it

Please fix the Wifi connection problem

I recently upgraded my iOS to 13.5.1. And there is a problem with connection with the Wi-Fi whenever I switch on the Secure VPN service. The Wi-Fi will be disconnecting automatically and even it is connected there will be no network service. I checked online FAQ and he says it’s a general problem for all the iOS devices. But I didn’t have this problem before the upgrade. Now I have to switch off the VPN as if I don’t have this subscription anymore. I just hope Norton could fix this problem.

Very bad! Charged me after removed the app

Totally useless
And I don’t understand why I couldn’t find the place they set the fxxking yearly plan after I removed the app.
And I got the bill just now and it’s $233

The reason why I downloaded the app was because I bought a SIM card in Japan airport last month and it said I need to use this app to active the SIM card. I tried for nearly an hour but ended up I still could not use the SIM card.
And deleted the app after all.
I know it said yearly plan something when I just downloaded the app but I couldn’t find where it showed.
And they sent me the bill today again to tell me they charged me $233

Firstly I couldn’t active the SIM card. Finally it charge me for the useless app.
That’s how they make money.
