nugs.net Subscription Payment and Auto-Renewal Terms

nugs.net offers auto-renewing monthly and annual subscriptions to stream music from the nugs.net catalog.

Two subscription types are available, each with two tiers: monthly (30 days) and annual (365 days). All subscriptions auto-renew.

A nugs.net monthly subscription is $14.99 per month and the yearly subscription is $149.99 per year. A nugs.net HiFi monthly subscription is $24.99 per month and the yearly subscription is $249.99 per year.

All plans begin with a 7 Day free trial.

Payment will be charged to the iTunes Account at the end of your trial period if applicable, otherwise at the time of your purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

Accounts will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.

Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the users Account Settings after purchase.

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.

cancelled the free trial but still been charged

I have got 3-month trial because I purchased Sony headphones. And I cancelled the trial before the expiration. And I have been charged for 1 month. Please tell me if a person want to subscribe your service, will he/she ends the free trial in advance?? The flow is totally a trap. And what I have done was just to “cancel”, but the default action is to subscribe without permission and any notice(until I checked my credit card statement did I see the record). It made no sense. I want a refund.
