I purchased the omron upper arm series 10 blood pressure monitor in canada. I do not know what is wrong that I can not connect app the iPhone 12 to the monitor properly. I typed ‘ omron connect us/can’ according to the instruction. After down loaded and start to use. I come across the first question … where do you live …. But I cannot find both USA and canada on the list. And I can not go on any further. What should I do next
New app prompt - yet not available in AppStore

The app is generally very good - though finding my new model of monitor to add was not straightforward. However I now get a prompt every time I open the app that there is a new app and prompt to download yet this new app is not available in my App Store (HK). The prompt appears every time I bring the app to screen and is pretty tiresome to add this step in each time I measure.
Poor update push notifications

When the app requires to update, why didn’t send push notifications to user? It’s so annoying that I kept missing records since I didn’t even know update was required! As long as the app requires to update, data transferred was not available. Extremely bad design!
