Interesting but need to improve the sensitivity

It’s quite an interesting game
However sometimes I don’t understand why the game think that I am wrong on operating time. Sometimes when I need to close the wound, I tap on the skin and it shows that I am wrong, I try many times until it fails. But in other sections, everything is normal and easily pass the game.
Is my finger too big or what? Maybe can improve the sensitivity.

Great but...

The concept of the game in intriguing, what with the storyline and the game itself. However there are several bug issues that the tech team needs to address. For example, when I upgrade a department, there’s a wait time understandably but when I check back I discovered that the upgrade didn’t pull through and yet my cash is gone. Or when I do a surgery and near to the end the app crashes and I have to start over even though they already took the energy out of my characters. And then when I try to play the game on another device one of my gold surgeons is gone! And for the life of me, I cannot download the monthly event even though I tried to delete the app and re-download it. Also another person mentioned how the game requires too much cash to be able to progress which leads us to either wait a hella long time or force us to buy some, this is a claim I do agree with. However if the developers can fix the bugs, and maybe lower the cash required to upgrade the departments and such then this game would be a joy to play.

Impossible to play without paying

Cash flow is not fast enough in this game, and the game constantly pushes you to make in app purchases. I don’t mind making a couple once I’m fully into the game, but this clearly makes you want to pay even within an hour of playing. To the devs- Stop focusing so much on cash and focus more on the gameplay - the cash will come later. The gameplay itself is great and so is the storyline, so it’s a shame to see a good game ruined by commercial greed.
