Bug fixes and app optimizations.

Premium membership fee, Poor service and Horrible experience

Janitor can decide how long members can use the shower room and will publicly scold and yell at members for using the room “too long”, which was less than an hour. No staff has ever mentioned and no signage is up saying there is a time limit for using the shower room. The janitor can even ask members to leave the room immediately, even when there was only one other member was using the shower room, in an unacceptable tone and manner, given the member kept silence and did not talk back! Staff member did not step in to stop the janitor, who apparently has lost control, from humiliating, scolding and yelling at members again and again at the reception area because the member was using the shower room “too long” - less than an hour. Termination of membership will not get refund for balance. Management also don’t care even if you file a complaint with the authority. Coaches are great but the overall experience is horrible and poor. Paying premium fee for this kind of service, experience and facilities .....THINK TWICE!
