The timer problem

After upgraded to IOS11, both of my sons’ ipad won’t block the device after the timer reached the set period, it just stay on unlock until to shut it down manually.

Why keeps on asking Upgrade to Premium? Even upgraded with payment charged.

I tried the free version then would like to use premium version, I followed instructions to upgrade to premium mode and paid, first it was a week trial time then it charged to credit card for HKD 38 but neither the trial period not the paid period the premium function was available, it is still keeping asking to upgrade to premium!

My kid found out

I like this app but my smart kid found out how to unlink the app, I would like to know if there is a way to stop her from unlink this ? Like I can to set a password so my kid can’t unlink me , is that possible ?
