Pakistan Citizen Portal is an integrated citizens grievance redressal system connecting all government organizations both at federal and provincial levels. The system serves as carrier of complaints to their respective offices across all over Pakistan. Citizens are enabled to provide feedback once a complaint is marked resolved by an officer. The feedbacks are linked to an officer’s performance. The app provides a hassle free interface to citizens to connect with government at all levels.

I am trying to reset my password it has been a second day but after i enter all the info i receive message that “ system is under necessary maintenance please try later”.

Citizen portal

This is very good way to contact our government but due to soooooo maaannny issues peoples not getting results from this as there is no proper follow up by pm team who sitting in on
House as if the find any negative feedback they should contact directly to the complain person but here in this application just they send you auto generated messages And that’s it and funny part they mention on top that your complain resolved and down in remarks they telling we cannot grant relief
