Export quality is so bad

First of all, I’m really like this app at the beginning. However there have a bug or programming issue, the export quality and size of the images are REAL BAD, a 4096x4096 image after export will just have 1080x1080, very BLURRY AND NOISY, not okay for even casually posting on IG. As I say, I was a fan of this app with full purchase for support, but I email them for fixing the issue like 10 times, they would just asking for my evidence to proof the issue happens, and nothing changed, even they say this bug would fix by last week, but after the newest update, still nothing changed, bugs remain and they don’t even reply my email. If you want a good quality image results, I don’t recommend this app before they fix anything.

Update: I have been keep emailing you guys for like a month, I’m keep pointing out the issue with cap screens, with original images, with lots pd description, and you say you would provide a new update to fix it but that update is never comes. So stop act like you know nothing.

Refund for annual fee

I noticed there is a 7-day free trial, then after i clicked the button, i was charged $188 hkd, which is not a normal case as Im still in the free trial period. I have already cancelled the subscription and please refund soon. Thanks
