Loading too slow

Always loading. And sometimes fail to load. Not user friendly

A MUST download for beta-tester

A must download if you love to be a beta-tester. This app won't let you down as it is full of bugs. To name a few, biometric login suddenly doesn't work, system busy & timeout while transferring money, auto disconnect while chatting with CS agent...... Brilliant! I guess they supposedly want to put the app to TestFlight but put it to AppStore by mistake...

Cannot scan iD

Tried million times trying to scan the ID at different environment and all failed. Contacted the customer service and never receive any response after. Terrible experience...
