Cannot login after upgrade

My email address for login and password is correct but cannot login into apps after your upgrade
Use forget password but cannot receive new password email
Please fix

“Network error”

Had sudden problem with the app not detecting the feeder device, and not being able to log back into my account, showing the error message “network error” constantly……. tried forgetting the network, reconnecting, changing to a non-5G eifi network, etc… nothing worked… nothing online suggested how to fix the problem.

Then the app suddenly fixed itself the next day… have no idea what went wrong or how to fix it if the problem reoccurs… quite frustrating

Fixed connection problem either the app after one year buying the newest water fountain

My water fountain has disconnected a long time ago. May be you fixed the problem already today tried to delete and download the app again , waited almost over one year to get connected back to the app. Thx
