Poor service, poor quality

I printed two 6" photo books and 50 pieces of photos in total. The quality is very poor which the printing is darker than the original photos. I printed the same photos at other shops and the colour is fine. Quality is not what made me feel disappointed, but the service.

The service is really unacceptable. When I printed the 2nd photobook, they didnt deliver it until I followed up. They didn't even have any apology and said it would take 7 business days to have my book to be delivered. They count from the day I chased up for delivery n not count from my purchase day. I replied n said according to what they promised in apps, if they r unable to delivered the photo book at my door by 7 business days, there is a full refund of the shipping fee. Obviously they have missed my order and unable to deliver on time. They didn't offer me the compensation if I don't ask. Then they replied that they can't give me free shipping for some reason and agree to give me an 8x8 photo book instead .. I accepted the offer, but 2 weeks passed, I still have not received the compensation.. when I follow up with them again, I noticed that they have blocked my email n I can't email them anymore .. I have kept the email chain as evidence..

Pls don't purchase any print n photo book with them as the quality is really bad n the service is terrible.

Incapable system, Inconsistent product, Poor CS

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this APP to anyone who don’t want to ruin your precious memories. I am very disappointed with my experience in printing my honeymoon album from Photobook.
Incapable system- the rearrange pages function did not function. The pages order go back to original once saved. I raised the issue to CS and didn’t get any response or solution.
Inconsistent product- Besides the bended papers and not smooth cutting, the title on the cover page was not printed as shown in Preview. It randomly broke into 2 rows. I raised the issue to CS and only requested for reprinting a sheet of book jacket to cover it. CS rejected my request and provided US$5 voucher for my next purchase as a ‘compliance’ (?)
