Unable to login

Recently it only stays on the loading white screen whenever I open the app. It seems that a lot of other users have this problem.

I recently have a problem with the app,
Which is the app would stay on the loading page and wouldn’t go inside the content . No matter how long I stay on the app🔑 please acknowledge the problem and I hope it can be fixed soon 🙏🏻🙏🏻
