Best Value for Money Same-day Delivery by far
I just made my first pickupp order today, and what I needed was to send an important legal document from NW New Territories to Kowloon City magistracy on the same day. After comparing the service offer, catchment areas covered, prices, completion of waybill required, special pickup request from am up-storey residential unit, and collecting delivery receipt from the recipient, I can tell you NO single logistics carrier in Hong Kong can offer the service provided as effectively, perfectly executed and transparently to users as pickupp at just a price of $119. Further, I can locate the courier right after my order was accepted so that I can plan my other errands in advance to free myself for the pickup. I can add extra tips to incentivise more couriers to consider taking up my order sooner (this is fair but not possible with other logistics company). I also have proof of delivery right available from the app both in terms of a snapshot of the destination premises, and a signature from the recipient. Mind you, from the moment I made the order (lunch time) to the successful delivery (before 4:30pm, earlier than the typical closing time of government offices at 5), it was just less than four hours and I needed not speak on phone to any agent to clarify. I write such a long review because I am really impressed with the service I was given, and I do hope pickupp will keep the good work up even with more sales rushing in.
Pastry order from local shop
A quick and easy app for me to order cookies and pastries from different local shops easily. Without Pickupp, I would need to contact the shop, make payment separately, proof of payment, and arrange deliveroo or other logistics company to pick up the foods. Now, I can do everything in one app which gives me full transparency of my order end to end.
It would be good if I can save my favorite shops for future purchase and add a search function for a particular shop.
Fast and easy
Made a Pickupp order (4hours delivery)last week. It goes very smoothly and delivery is very fast, safe and not one issue raised.
The app is very easy to use, have clear directions to let you know what to input and how much would it need for different types of parcel. Price are reasonable.
Comparing to other courier it definitely has its benefit that is cheaper and faster.
Would definitely use it again.
