Reinstall problem

How can I get the filter again when I reinstall Pactail? I bought the ’Rainbow’ before, After I deleted this app, I can’t reinstall, I couldn't download it in free-of-charge. Please help me. Thanks

Love all the filters! Gorgeous! Would be even better if there’s a package for buying all the filters and also a favorite section for me to easily select those filters that I often use! Thanks!

Can’t enter the main page. It crashed when it asking for the permissions. it just staying at “please grant these permissions”, no pop up permission screen. please fix it. (by iphone6plus ios10)
