Connection lost

I am sorry to write my feedback so blunt as I hv been waiting for the improvement for long but didn’t get this! When the connection lost while playing, spins should not be deducted!! It is very annoying and if it is not improved soon, sorry, I am out !

Worst Customer Support ever

I reported problem of my account June, 2018. First response came 3 days later. None of the suggestions worked. Despite numerous emails, they just don’t respond at all. Until yesterday, I am able to login again properly. It was because the Customer Service of other apps guided me step by step to fix the similar issue of the other apps. I tried the same for Pirate Kings and it worked. All of a sudden, the Customer Support of Pirate Kings sent an email to ask me to close the service ticket. It is a joke! You never responded for 8 months and what you really care is I close the ticket ? You are bad

Cannot access the new mission

I have try many things from turning my phone off or reinstalling the app, I cannot access the new mission. We still have 3 days to go till the mission ends but i can’t even get inside.
