When I open the app it just load for a long time and never succeeded

Since you were having difficulties logging in to your application, kindly check status the of your Wifi or Mobile data connection. We also recommend restarting your device and reinstalling the PLAY Wallet app. If it still persists, please contact us at customer@wemadetree.com.sg for further assistance along with the image/ screenshot of the issue, in that way, we may assist you accordingly.

The aforesaid error is usually caused by intermittent connectivity.
