Unable to buy even 0.5 bitcoin
I have more than enough funds in my account, but am not allowed to buy 0.5 bitcoin. I used the online chat and asked how many units I am allowed to buy, but the answer from them is that "the allowed unit depends on the current situation of the currency", so I missed the opportunity to make profit on trading.

However, the customer is not allowed to buy even 0.5 bitcoin when there is enough funds in the account; only 0.05 is allowed (cannot enter more than 0.05 when buying), so when the bitcoin rises in value, the profit is little.
