I like this as it promotes healthy sleeping habits and it’s helped me sleep earlier. I think it’s also helpful for younger people/kids because it makes sleeping a game and less of a chore.However, sometimes I don’t bother to use this app when I sleep because the loading screens/reviews for sleep take too long. Even though the app’s intention is probably half a game half a sleep tracker I only really use it for the sleep tracker and the fact that the theme is cute, so it is inconvenient that I cannot skip through reviews especially with things like catching Pokémon that actually have close to nothing to do with my sleep quality. Sometimes by the time everything loads and I can start my new sleep session it is past my set bedtime which also messes up my streak. Could the developers possibly make this a weekly review or make it possible to skip through quickly? In general, a lot of ‘now loading’ screens for eg the main menu or missions take quite a long time which is annoying as if I press the wrong button I have a wait a while before I can press the right button.Also, half of my sleeping time ends up to be untracked sleep which indicates that I never have a perfect sleep score, even though by actual sleep time I really do. I understand why untracked time may be a function but could the developers update the sensitivity of that or plainly accept some people don’t make lots of noise or movement in their sleep?Thank you!

Good game for promoting sleeping habits and I definitely enjoy meeting different pokemons! Yet, I work shifts so my sleeping routine is not fixed, I could not follow the “schedule time of sleep” because I do work night shifts. As much as I wanted to keep a regular sleeping habit, I could not because of my job nature. I do understand the pokemon company would like to promote good sleeping habits, however I would appreciate if the developers can consider providing an alternative, instead of calculating “regular” sleeping routine, maybe consider for example, total sleeping hours for the week, so that people who work shifts can also gain a little bit satisfaction from the game instead of getting “F” in every week’s rating. Thank you so much for giving us such a great app! I look forward to sleeping after using this app:)

Hard to play for people who sleep at different times per day. I sometimes go to sleep at 2am and sometimes at 5am due to work. If for instance i sleep at 5am then later on i would like to sleep at 2am i wouldnt get the complete recorded amount of sleep i do on the game because of the cut off time at 4am. I sometimes end up not wanting to sleep and wait a few hours till 4am so that i could record my sleep which doesnt actually help me promote my sleep.
