This app is inspired by Pomodoro Technique which is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo.

What is Pomodoro Technique?
The Pomodoro Technique is a more productive way to work and study. The technique uses a timer to break down work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks.

How to use the Pomodoro Timer?
- Start a 25-minute timer
- Work until the timer rings
- Take a short, five-minute break
- Every four Pomodoro (focus periods), take a longer break—usually 20-30 minutes

Ease to use.
The whole point of the Pomodoro Technique is that it's simple to understand. Any competent Pomodoro Timer app should be similarly simple to use and take seconds to figure out and master.
