PowerPushUp! Get core strength and build your arms and shoulders!
You can do more, go further, push yourself harder!
This method tricks your body into doing more push ups than you thought possible!

Using the valley method you alternate sets of a high number of push ups with sets of a low number.

For example:

Set 1 - 10 push ups
Set 2 - 1 push up
Set 3 - 9 push ups
Set 4 - 2 push ups
...and so on, until you get back to 10!

You get 10 seconds between sets, timed, and a beep to start again! See how fast you can do it, you're being timed!
